The Women’s Christian Association (WCA) of Presbyterian Church of Africa (PCA) is a fellowship group of Christian women from various backgrounds.
Our constituency is comprised of members based in both rural and urban areas, this means that we embrace members whose majority comes mostly from poverty-stricken communities. With that said, it means that there is no external funding of any kind and therefore all programs that we engage into are solely funded by the members of this Association which in turn is a motherbody of the Young Women’s Christian Association.
The WCA’s operations are conducted at circuit (local parish), Synod and Assembly(national) levels. The Assembly comprises of six Synods varying in sizes; namely the Cape, Embo, Free State, Gauteng, KwaZulu-Natal and Tembuland.
